Roasted Tomato Marinara Dip

This dip is wonderful because it is also very versatile. It can be used as a dip or even as a sauce to garnish pasta, steamed vegetables, steak, or pork chops.

  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) fire-roasted tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • ¼ tsp. lemon juice
  • ½ Tbsp. anchovy paste
  • ½ Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper


  • Heat all ingredients in saucepan and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes or until well blended. Add salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat, and serve hot.
