Ingredients
- 1⁄2 medium beet, tailed and trimmed
- 3 medium carrots, trimmed
- 2 apples, cored
- 1 medium sweet potato, cut into chunks
- 1⁄4 sweet Vidalia onion, peeled
Directions
- Process the beet and carrots through an electronic juicer according to the manufacturer’s directions.
- Add the apples and sweet potato, followed by the onion.
- Mix the juice thoroughly to combine ingredients and serve immediately.
