Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup honey or honeycomb
- 1 package (8 oz.) brie cheese wheel
- 1 package (6 oz.) sharp cheddar cheese, sliced
- 1 package (12 oz.) round crackers
- 1 red apple, cut into wedges or rounds
- 1 green apple, cut into wedges or rounds
- 8 oz. red grapes
- 1 pomegranate, halved or broken into pieces
- 2 mini cucumbers, sliced into rounds
- 1⁄2 cup dried apricots
- 1⁄4 cup macadamia nuts
- 1⁄4 cup cup pistachios
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 1 loaf challah bread
Directions
- Place honey or honeycomb in a shallow bowl with a honey dipper stick and place on a round board.
- Place brie, cheddar slices and crackers on the board, then decoratively place apples, grapes, pomegranate pieces and cucumbers around the board.
- Place equal amounts of apricots, macadamia nuts and pistachios around the board. Place rosemary sprigs around board.
- Serve alongside challah bread. Refrigerate leftovers.
