- Sparkling Wine
- Ruby red grapefruit juice
- Mint leaves
- Fill two champagne flutes ⅔ full each with dry sparkling wine or soda water. Top with ruby red grapefruit juice.
- Garnish with mint leaves. Float 1–2 raspberries on top.
