Rum Raisin Ice Cream
Sweet and plump raisins are soaked in tummy-warming rum in this decadent adult treat.

- ¾ cup raisins, chopped
- ¼ cup dark rum
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 cups half and half
- ¾ cup sugar
- ¼ tsp. fresh-grated nutmeg
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- Soak raisins in dark rum overnight.
- Stir everything together. Refrigerate 2 hours. Add to ice cream maker and follow manufacturer’s instructions for freezing.
