Saffron Mayonnaise (Kesari Mayonnaise)
This recipe is so flavorful, you need just a tiny bit to dress your foods. Try this on grilled salmon or slathered onto bread as a sandwich spread.

- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ¼ tsp. saffron threads
- 1 tsp. crushed red pepper
- ¼ tsp. salt
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients; mix well. Let the mixture chill, covered, in the fridge at least 30 minutes before serving. It will keep for up to 1 week in the refrigerator.
