Sage Roasted Brussels Sprouts

The combination of sage and balsamic vinegar gives Brussels sprouts a robust taste.

  • 1 lb. Brussels sprouts, stems trimmed and halved
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1⁄2 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1⁄2 tsp. ground sage
  • 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar


  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Put all ingredients except vinegar in a baking dish and toss to combine. Bake 25 minutes or until Brussels sprouts are fork tender and starting to brown.
  • Drizzle with vinegar as soon as sprouts come out of the oven. Serve warm.
