Sage Roasted Brussels Sprouts
The combination of sage and balsamic vinegar gives Brussels sprouts a robust taste.

- 1 lb. Brussels sprouts, stems trimmed and halved
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. ground black pepper
- ½ tsp. ground sage
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Put all ingredients except vinegar in a baking dish and toss to combine. Bake 25 minutes or until Brussels sprouts are fork tender and starting to brown.
- Drizzle with vinegar as soon as sprouts come out of the oven. Serve warm.
