Saltine Toffee Bark

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 Saltine Crackers
- 1 cup butter
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 1 bag semisweet chocolate chips, 8 oz.
- 1 bag English toffee bits, 8 oz.
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a 15”x10”x1” baking pan with aluminum foil. Coat with cooking spray.
- Arrange crackers in a single layer on top of the foil.
- Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium low heat. Add the sugar and bring to a boil, stirring until dissolved – about 1-2 minutes. Pour the mixture over the arranged crackers.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until bubbly and lightly golden. Remove from the oven.
- Immediately sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the top. Allow the chocolate to melt for a few minutes, then use a spatula to smooth the chocolate in an even layer over the top of the crackers. Scatter the toffee bits on top.
- Move the baking sheet to the refrigerator and chill until set, about 1 hour.
- Break or cut into pieces then store in an airtight container for up to one week.
