- 1 bunch fresh asparagus
- 2 Tbsp. walnut oil
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- Cut bottoms off asparagus, then cut remainder of stalks into 2" pieces.
- Add walnut oil to a skillet set on medium heat. Add garlic and cook for about 30 seconds, then add asparagus. Sauté until asparagus is tender when pierced with fork, approximately 5–8 minutes.
