Sautéed Kale Recipe

Sautéed Kale

This is a quick, tasty and super nutritious side for a steak.

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch kale, washed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • sea salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • lemon, juiced

Directions

  • Remove stem from kale. Lay flat on cutting board and thinly slice across the leaves.
  • Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add shredded kale and sauté for about 5 minutes. Toss with sea salt and cracked pepper. Squeeze fresh lemon over top. Serve immediately.
