Sautéed Kale Recipe
Sautéed Kale
This is a quick, tasty and super nutritious side for a steak.
Ingredients
- 1 bunch kale, washed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- sea salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- lemon, juiced
Directions
- Remove stem from kale. Lay flat on cutting board and thinly slice across the leaves.
- Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add shredded kale and sauté for about 5 minutes. Toss with sea salt and cracked pepper. Squeeze fresh lemon over top. Serve immediately.
