Sautéed Swiss Chard
Both stalks and leaves are edible parts of the chard plant, and the stems can be separated and cooked separately for a different dish. Chard adds a bit of spice to any dish.

- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 lb. Swiss chard, rinsed and trimmed
- 6 cloves garlic, sliced
- ½ tsp. oregano
- 3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- ½ tsp. salt
- ⅛ tsp. pepper
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the swiss chard, garlic, and oregano. Sauté for a few minutes and then remove from heat.
- Stir in the vinegar and season with salt and pepper.
