Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped cabbage
  • ½ cup chopped broccoli
  • ½ cup chopped cauliflower
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 2 cups kefir

Directions

  • Place cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, celery, and 1 cup kefir in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining kefir while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
