Savory Broccoli and Cauliflower Green Smoothie

- 1 cup chopped cabbage
- ½ cup chopped broccoli
- ½ cup chopped cauliflower
- 1 celery stalk
- 2 cups kefir
- Place cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, celery, and 1 cup kefir in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
- Add remaining kefir while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
