Ingredients

  • ½ cup chopped romaine lettuce
  • ½ cup baby spinach
  • ½ cup chopped broccoli
  • ½ cup chopped cauliflower
  • 2 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled
  • 2 cups chamomile tea

Directions

  • Place romaine, spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, celery, garlic, and 1 cup tea in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining tea while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
