  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • ½ cup chopped romaine lettuce
  • ½ cup chopped broccoli
  • ½ cup chopped cauliflower
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 cups chamomile tea

  • Place spinach, romaine, broccoli, cauliflower, celery, garlic, and 1 cup tea in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining 1 cup tea, as needed, while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
