Savory Green Veg Smoothie
Although they will probably keep away more people than just the doctor, garlic and onions make for an amazing taste combination that will surprise any green-smoothie skeptic. The watercress, celery, and zucchini downplay the intense flavors of the garlic and onion.

- 1 cup watercress
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 medium green onion
- 1 medium zucchini
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 cups purified water
- Place watercress, celery, onion, zucchini, garlic, and 1 cup water in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
- Add remaining 1 cup water, as needed, while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
