Ingredients

  • 1 cup watercress
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 medium green onion
  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 cups purified water

Directions

  • Place watercress, celery, onion, zucchini, garlic, and 1 cup water in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining 1 cup water, as needed, while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
