Savory Marinade for Meats, Fish, and Poultry
A basic flavorful marinade great for chicken, beef, and pork. It also works well on grilled vegetables to accompany the entrée. If using on meat, transfer a small potion to a separate working bowl.

- 2⁄3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1⁄3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1⁄8 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- Combine all the ingredients in a glass bowl and mix well. Let stand 10 minutes. Discard bay leaf before using. Store refrigerated for up to 5 days.
