- 2 cups spinach
- 1 large tomato, cored
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1 tsp. cracked black pepper
- 1 cup ice
- 1 cup water
- Combine the spinach, tomato, garlic, black pepper, and ½ cup of the ice in a blender. Blend until thoroughly combined.
- While blending, gradually add water and remaining ice until desired consistency is achieved.
