Scrambled Eggs with Chives
Scrambled eggs make a great meal any time of day. Fresh, chopped chives add a touch of color and light, oniony flavor. This recipe doubles easily, just use a larger skillet.

- 4 large eggs
- 1⁄4 cup chopped chives
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 1⁄4 tsp. salt
- 1⁄4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, chives, milk, salt, and pepper until foamy.
- In a small skillet over medium heat, heat the butter. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet. Cook, stirring frequently, for 3 to 8 minutes, until the egg is fully cooked.
- Sprinkle with chives and serve immediately.
