Seared Sesame Tuna
Just 3 ingredients and ready in less than 15 minutes, this recipe is a beautiful and delicious way to enjoy fish at home.

- ¾ lb. tuna steak
- ¼ cup sesame seeds
- 1 Tbsp. garlic-infused olive oil
- Prepare fish by discarding veiny stub from the tuna, then slice into 1" pieces.
- Place sesame seeds on a plate and add tuna pieces, tossing to coat all sides with seeds.
- Heat oil in a 10" nonstick frying pan over medium heat. Add tuna and sear on one side 15–20 seconds. Use tongs to turn tuna and continue searing all sides of fish. Transfer to a plate.
