Serrano-Mint Sauce

This mint sauce is great with fish, poultry, and steak. Use this in place of other condiments or as a salad dressing.

  • 1 cup tightly packed mint leaves
  • 2 serrano chili peppers, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 piece (1 inch) fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
  • 1⁄4 cup lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil


  • Combine all ingredients into food processor and pulse to coarsely blend.
