This mint sauce is great with fish, poultry, and steak. Use this in place of other condiments or as a salad dressing.

- 1 cup tightly packed mint leaves
- 2 serrano chili peppers, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 piece (1 inch) fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
- 1⁄4 cup lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- Combine all ingredients into food processor and pulse to coarsely blend.
