Sesame Dipping Paste

- 4 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. white or yellow miso
- 4 Tbsp. chicken broth
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. rice vinegar
- 2 tsp. sesame oil
- ½ tsp. lemon juice
- Combine all the ingredients. For best results, make this strong flavored dip a few hours ahead of time to give the flavors a chance to blend.
