  • 4 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. white or yellow miso
  • 4 Tbsp. chicken broth
  • 2 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp. sesame oil
  • 1⁄2 tsp. lemon juice


  • Combine all the ingredients. For best results, make this strong flavored dip a few hours ahead of time to give the flavors a chance to blend.
