Sesame Dressing

This can be used for dressing a chicken and cabbage salad, cooked and chilled vegetables, or basic salad greens. It is also a great marinade for grilling.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut oil
  • ½ cup sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp. peeled, chopped fresh gingerroot
  • 1 Tbsp. minced whole green onions
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • ½ cup rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ⅛ tsp. ground white pepper

Directions

  • Combine ingredients in a blender or a bowl with a whisk. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
