This combination of vegetables is so much fresher than anything you can purchase in a canned or bottled juice. Try swapping in more of your favorite vegetables to boost flavor and nutrition.

Ingredients

  • 2 large Roma tomatoes
  • 1 medium stalk celery, leaves intact
  • 2 medium carrots, peeled
  • 1 scallion
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled

Directions

  • Blanch tomatoes by placing in boiling water for 30 seconds and then transferring to an ice bath. Juice ingredients in the order listed. Stir before serving.
