- 2 large Roma tomatoes
- 1 medium stalk celery, leaves intact
- 2 medium carrots, peeled
- 1 scallion
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- Blanch tomatoes by placing in boiling water for 30 seconds and then transferring to an ice bath. Juice ingredients in the order listed. Stir before serving.
