Shrimp Noodle Bowl

A simmering bowl of coconut-curry broth will warm you from the inside out and make any afternoon lunch seem brighter.

  • 1 package (3 oz.) ramen, flavor packet removed
  • 1 1⁄2 cups seafood broth
  • 1 Tbsp. red curry paste
  • 1⁄2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green onions


  • Place ramen, broth, red curry paste, and coconut milk in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil, cook 5 minutes, or until tender.
  • Transfer to a bowl, top immediately with shrimp, cilantro, and onions.
