Simple Creamy Guacamole

Avocados are a unique fruit because they are naturally high in fat. Since you need some fat in your diet, guacamole makes for a really healthy choice.

  • 2 ripe avocados, peeled and seeded
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • ½ tsp. fresh garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. green chili, finely minced
  • 1 tsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ½ cup fat-free sour cream


  • Mix all ingredients to desired texture.
