  • 2 ripe avocados, peeled and seeded
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • ½ tsp. fresh garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. green chili, finely minced
  • 1 tsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ½ cup fat-free sour cream
