Simple Creamy Guacamole
Avocados are a unique fruit because they are naturally high in fat. Since you need some fat in your diet, guacamole makes for a really healthy choice.

- 2 ripe avocados, peeled and seeded
- ½ cup diced tomatoes
- ½ tsp. fresh garlic, minced
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. green chili, finely minced
- 1 tsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- ½ cup fat-free sour cream
- Mix all ingredients to desired texture.
