Simple Orange Smoothie

To add some bulk to this smoothie, add a small orange to the mixture after blending so you have some sweet orange chunks in the smoothie.

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1⁄2 cup nonfat yogurt
  • 1⁄2 cup skim milk


  • Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into a tall glass.
