Simple Orange Smoothie
To add some bulk to this smoothie, add a small orange to the mixture after blending so you have some sweet orange chunks in the smoothie.

- 1 cup orange juice
- ½ cup nonfat yogurt
- ½ cup skim milk
- Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into a tall glass.
