Simple Salsa

This salsa is so simple, you will never buy jarred salsa again!

Ingredients

  • 8 medium plum tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 medium red onion, peeled and chopped
  • 1 small jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours before serving.
