Simple Skillet Chicken Breasts

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (5 oz. each)
  • ½ tsp. all-purpose seasoning


  • Trim visible fat from chicken breasts. Sprinkle chicken with all-purpose seasoning.
  • Coat grill pan with nonstick spray. Place chicken in pan and cook on medium heat for 12 to 15 minutes or until internal temperature of chicken is 165°F or juices run clear when pricked.
