Simple Stir-Fry Sauce
This sauce is a great way to finish off a simple meat and vegetable stir-fry. Just stir it into the pan during the last couple minutes of cooking. You can prepare the sauce ahead of time and store it in a sealed container in the refrigerator until ready to use.

- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 1 tsp. Asian sesame oil
- 1⁄4 tsp. ground black pepper
- In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients.
- If not using the sauce immediately, refrigerate in a sealed container and use within 3 to 4 days.
