Simple Vegetarian Stir-Fry

Itʼs hard to go wrong with this simple recipe, since there are a number of good stir-fry sauces on the market. You can also substitute soy sauce for the stir-fry sauce if desired.

  • 2 tsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 cup fresh stir-fry vegetable mix
  • 2 Tbsp. prepared stir-fry sauce


  • Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan. Add the vegetables. Cook, stirring continually, over medium to medium-high heat for at least 5 minutes or until the vegetables are brightly colored and tender. Stir in the stir-fry sauce. Mix through and serve hot.
