Single Serving Chocolate Cake
This recipe will absolutely curb a craving for something warm, gooey, and chocolaty. This cake is the perfect excuse to indulge—it doesn’t yield a whole pan’s worth of temptation and there is very little clean up!

- 2 Tbsp. puréed chickpeas
- 3 Tbsp. coconut sugar
- ¼ cup cocoa
- ¼ tsp. baking powder
- ¼ tsp. sea salt
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract
- ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 3 Tbsp. vegan chocolate chips
- Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl. Pour into a microwave-safe dish.
- Microwave for 2 minutes. Let cool for 1 minute and enjoy.
