Single Serving Chocolate Cake

This recipe will absolutely curb a craving for something warm, gooey, and chocolaty. This cake is the perfect excuse to indulge—it doesn’t yield a whole pan’s worth of temptation and there is very little clean up!

  • 2 Tbsp. puréed chickpeas
  • 3 Tbsp. coconut sugar
  • 1⁄4 cup cocoa
  • 1⁄4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1⁄4 tsp. sea salt
  • 1⁄2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1⁄4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 Tbsp. vegan chocolate chips


  • Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl. Pour into a microwave-safe dish.
  • Microwave for 2 minutes. Let cool for 1 minute and enjoy.
