Ingredients

  • 1 cup watercress
  • 3 medium Granny Smith apples, peeled and cored
  • ½ lemon, peeled
  • 1 tsp. cloves
  • ½" piece ginger, peeled
  • 2 cups green tea
  • 1 cup ice

Directions

  • Place watercress, apples, lemon, cloves, ginger, and 1 cup tea in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add ice and remaining 1 cup tea, as needed, while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
