Skinny Piña Colada Smoothies
Piña coladas have sort of a bad rep for being super unhealthy and full of sugar. But here we mimic the flavors of a classic piña colada without all the fat and added sugar.
- 1 pineapple, cubed (about 3 cups)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups ice
- 1⁄2 cup coconut milk
- Add all the ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Garnish with cut pineapple.
