Skinny Piña Colada Smoothies

Piña coladas have sort of a bad rep for being super unhealthy and full of sugar. But here we mimic the flavors of a classic piña colada without all the fat and added sugar.


  • 1 pineapple, cubed (about 3 cups)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups ice
  • 1⁄2 cup coconut milk


  • Add all the ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Garnish with cut pineapple.
