Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 2 medium red apples, peeled and cored
- 2 medium pears, cored
- 1⁄2 lemon, peeled
- 1 piece (1⁄4 inch) ginger, peeled
- 2 cups green tea
Directions
- Place spinach, apples, pears, lemon, ginger, and 1 cup tea in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
- Add remaining 1 cup tea, as needed, while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
