Slow-Cooked Brussels Sprouts
This simple method is sure to change the minds of those who might not be the biggest Brussels sprouts fan.

- 1 lb. Brussels sprouts, trimmed
- ¾ cup chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp. canola oil
- 3 Tbsp. coconut butter
- Place Brussels sprouts into a 6 quart slow cooker and pour the chicken broth over them.
- Add the canola oil and coconut butter.
- Cover and cook on low for 3 hours or until sprouts are tender.
