Slow-Cooked Brussels Sprouts

  • 1 lb. Brussels sprouts, trimmed
  • ¾ cup chicken broth
  • 2 Tbsp. canola oil
  • 3 Tbsp. coconut butter


  • Place Brussels sprouts into a 6 quart slow cooker and pour the chicken broth over them.
  • Add the canola oil and coconut butter.
  • Cover and cook on low for 3 hours or until sprouts are tender.
