Slow-Cooked Pork Shoulder

Ingredients
- 1 pork shoulder (4 lbs.)
- 8 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 bottle (12 oz.) dark beer
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1⁄2 tsp. ground black pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Combine all the ingredients in an ovenproof pot with a tight lid. Cover, and bake for 3 1⁄2 hours or until the pork falls apart when touched.
