Slow-Cooked Salsa

This may be the easiest salsa recipe ever, and it tastes so much fresher than jarred salsa.

  • 4 cups grape tomatoes, halved
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 jalapeño peppers, diced
  • ⅛ tsp. kosher salt


  • Place all ingredients into a 2-quart slow cooker. Stir. Cook on low for 5 hours.
  • Stir and lightly smash the tomatoes before serving, if desired.
