This may be the easiest salsa recipe ever, and it tastes so much fresher than jarred salsa.

- 4 cups grape tomatoes, halved
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 2 jalapeño peppers, diced
- ⅛ tsp. kosher salt
- Place all ingredients into a 2-quart slow cooker. Stir. Cook on low for 5 hours.
- Stir and lightly smash the tomatoes before serving, if desired.
