Slow-Cooked Sweet and Salty Almonds

With the perfect mix of sweet and salty, these nuts are sure to become a favorite snack.

  • 6 cups whole raw almonds
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp. sea salt


  • Heat a 4-quart slow cooker on high for 15 minutes. Add almonds. Sprinkle with sugar and salt and stir. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
  • Turn heat up to high and cook uncovered for 30 minutes, stirring after 15 minutes.
  • Turn heat to low and serve warm or remove from heat and allow to cool.
