Slow Cooker Apple-Ginger Hot Punch
The ginger gives a little more oomph to this punch.

- 6 medium apples, peeled, cored, and diced
- 1" piece fresh ginger, peeled and grated
- 6 cups water
- ½ cup sugar
- Add all ingredients to a 4-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low heat for 2 hours.
- Pour through a fine-mesh strainer before serving in a heatproof mug.
