Slow Cooker Apple-Ginger Hot Punch

The ginger gives a little more oomph to this punch.

  • 6 medium apples, peeled, cored, and diced
  • 1" piece fresh ginger, peeled and grated
  • 6 cups water
  • ½ cup sugar


  • Add all ingredients to a 4-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low heat for 2 hours.
  • Pour through a fine-mesh strainer before serving in a heatproof mug.
