Slow Cooker Barbecue Pork Ribs
At the end of the 8-hour cooking time, the meat will be tender and falling off of the bones. Add potato chips and coleslaw for a delicious, casual meal.

- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- ½ cup orange marmalade
- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
- ½ cup water
- 3 lbs. pork ribs
- Add the barbecue sauce, marmalade, pepper flakes, and water to the slow cooker. Stir to mix.
- Add the ribs, ladling some of the sauce over the ribs. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. To thicken the sauce, if desired, use a slotted spoon to remove the meat and bones; cover and keep warm. Skim any fat from the sauce in the cooker; increase the heat setting to high and cook uncovered for 15 minutes or until the sauce is reduced and coats the back of a spoon.
