Slow Cooker Blackberry-Mint Iced Tea

Make a big batch of this refreshing iced tea in a slow cooker.

  • 2 quarts water
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 2 cups blackberries, divided
  • ¼ cup whole mint leaves
  • 4 bags black tea


  • Add water, sugar, 1 cup blackberries, and mint leaves to a 4-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low heat for 2 hours. Add tea bags to slow cooker and steep for 5 minutes.
  • Remove tea bags. Pour tea through a fine-mesh strainer and chill.
  • Serve chilled with the remaining blackberries.
