Slow Cooker Blackberry-Mint Iced Tea
Make a big batch of this refreshing iced tea in a slow cooker.

- 2 quarts water
- ¾ cup sugar
- 2 cups blackberries, divided
- ¼ cup whole mint leaves
- 4 bags black tea
- Add water, sugar, 1 cup blackberries, and mint leaves to a 4-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low heat for 2 hours. Add tea bags to slow cooker and steep for 5 minutes.
- Remove tea bags. Pour tea through a fine-mesh strainer and chill.
- Serve chilled with the remaining blackberries.
