Slow Cooker Chicken in Plum Sauce
Plum sauce is the star of this rich, sweet entrée. Serve it over rice along with a spicy vinegar-based coleslaw.

- 1½ cups plum sauce
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1 tsp. Chinese five-spice powder
- 8 bone-in chicken thighs
- Treat the crock of the slow cooker with nonstick spray. Add the plum sauce, butter, orange juice concentrate, and five-spice powder to the slow cooker; stir to combine.
- Add the chicken thighs. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
