Ingredients

  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 2 cans (15 oz.) red kidney beans, drained
  • 1 package (9 oz.) vegan "chicken" strips, cut into 1" pieces
  • 1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
  • ½ cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • ½ Tbsp. chipotle powder
  • ½ Tbsp. cumin
  • ½ Tbsp. paprika
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. ground black pepper

Directions

  • Add all ingredients to a 4-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 5 hours.
