Slow-Cooker Cinnamon Stewed Plums

Ingredients

  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 cup water
  • ⅛ tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 lb. fresh, ripe plums (about 8 small or 6 medium), pitted

Directions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a 2- to 4-quart slow cooker and cook on low for about 6 hours, until the plums are tender. Serve warm, chilled, or at room temperature.
