Slow-Cooker Cinnamon Stewed Plums
Serve as a breakfast fruit or as a dessert with a whipped topping.

- ½ cup honey
- 1 cup water
- ⅛ tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 lb. fresh, ripe plums (about 8 small or 6 medium), pitted
- Combine all the ingredients in a 2- to 4-quart slow cooker and cook on low for about 6 hours, until the plums are tender. Serve warm, chilled, or at room temperature.
