Slow Cooker Frothy Strawberry Lemonade
Make a big bath of strawberry lemonade in a slow cooker. Chill and then blend with ice until frothy for a refreshing treat.

- 10 lemons, juice and peel
- 1 cup strawberries
- 2 quarts water
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 cups crushed ice
- Place the juice and peel of the lemons, strawberries, water, and sugar in a 4-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low heat for 2 hours.
- Pour the strawberry lemonade through a fine-mesh strainer and chill.
- Working in 2 batches, add 1 quart of the chilled lemonade and 1 cup of ice to a blender. Blend until frothy. Repeat with the remaining lemonade and ice. Serve immediately.
