Slow Cooker Garlic Brisket
Here’s a holiday twist on the popular 40-clove chicken recipe. The flavor of the garlic mellows as it’s slowly cooked, creating an aromatic sweetness that is the perfect compliment to the tender brisket.

- 3 lbs. beef brisket
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 40 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper
- Add beef to a 6-quart slow cooker. Coat with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cover and cook 6 hours on high.
- Remove brisket from slow cooker and shred or slice to serve.
