Slow Cooker Green Beans with Lemon and Olive Oil
Cook green beans in a slow cooker with olive oil and lemons juice. Serve hot or chilled.

- ¼ cup water
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 lb. green beans, ends trimmed
- Add the water, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt to a 4-quart slow cooker and stir. Add the green beans and toss until well coated. Cover and cook over low heat for 2 hours.
