Slow Cooker Green Tea with Agave and Ginger

Make a big batch of green tea with agave and ginger in a slow cooker. This would be lovely served after a heavy meal or any time.

  • 2 quarts water
  • ½ cup agave nectar
  • 1" piece ginger, peeled and minced
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped mint
  • 4 bags (4 Tbsp.) green tea


  • Add all ingredients to a 4-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low heat for 2 hours. Add tea bags to slow cooker and steep for 5 minutes.
  • Remove tea bags and pour the tea through a fine-mesh strainer. Serve hot.
