Slow Cooker Honey-Mint Green Tea

Make this tea vegan by simply using sugar or agave nectar instead of honey.

Ingredients

  • 4 bags green tea
  • 2 quarts water
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 bunch mint leaves
  • 8 mint sprigs
  • 1 medium lemon, cut into wedges
  • 1 piece ginger (1 inch), peeled and thinly sliced

Directions

  • Add all ingredients to a 4-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low heat for 2 hours.
  • Serve with mint sprigs and lemon wedges.
