Slow Cooker Honey-Mint Green Tea
Make this tea vegan by simply using sugar or agave nectar instead of honey.

- 4 bags green tea
- 2 quarts water
- ¼ cup sugar
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 bunch mint leaves
- 8 mint sprigs
- 1 medium lemon, cut into wedges
- 1 piece ginger (1 inch), peeled and thinly sliced
- Add all ingredients to a 4-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low heat for 2 hours.
- Serve with mint sprigs and lemon wedges.
