Slow Cooker Jasmine Rice

Make this aromatic, long-grain rice from Thailand in a slow cooker. Serve with grilled, roasted or steamed vegetables and tofu.

  • 2 cups jasmine rice
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 tsp. salt


  • Combine all ingredients in a 4-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on high heat for 1 hour, or until rice is tender. Fluff with a fork.
