Slow Cooker Jasmine Rice

- 2 cups jasmine rice
- 3 cups water
- 1 tsp. salt
- Combine all ingredients in a 4-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on high heat for 1 hour, or until rice is tender. Fluff with a fork.
